I wanted to share with you my outfit of the day, but I'm too busy to take pictures.

Finally I've discovered I love wearing red. It's an eye-catching colour and everyone wear it on Christmas day, so I feel much more comfortable than usual. I'm wearing a red 80's vintage sweater, black faux leather pants and a pair of classic high heeled black pumps.

I'm not able to show you what I'm wearing today, but here is picture of me on Christmas day in 1993. I've been loving little black dresses since a was a little girl! This was a velvet one.

Buon Natale a tutti! Questo è un post velocissimo!

Avrei voluto condividere con voi il mio outfit del giorno, ma sono troppo impegnata per fare foto.

Finalmente ho scoperto che adoro indossare il rosso. È un colore vistoso e tutti lo indossano a Natale, quindi mi sento molto più a mio agio del solito. Indosso un maglione rosso vintage degli anni Ottanta, pantaloni in ecopelle e un paio di decolleté nere classiche con il tacco alto.

Non sono in grado di mostrarvi cosa indosso oggi, ma ecco una mia foto del giorno di Natale del 1993. Adoro i vestitini neri da quando ero una bimba! Questo era in velluto.

Quick Tip - Let Your Skin Breathe

Nothing new, but I have a good reason to advise to do it.
I've been told to let my skin breathe as much as I can many times because "it's good for it".
I've been following this advice since I started wearing makeup just because I love staying at home with clean skin.
I've been using liquid foundation regularly for a year. I don't have big skin problems, but I like the idea of having flawless skin. A few months ago I noticed I have some tiny wrinkles on my forehead, and I guess it's because of foundation.
I realized I used it even when I didn't need to, so I've been spending the last three weeks without wearing it.
I'm truly impressed, my skin is so much brighter, cleaner, more beautiful than usual, and those tiny wrinkles are less visible.
Do you use foundation? Do you wear it on a daily basis? Which are its effects on your skin?

Niente di nuovo, ma ho un buon motivo per consigliare di farlo.
Mi è stato detto molte volte di lasciare respirare la pelle il più possibile perché "le fa bene".
Seguo questo consiglio da quanto ho iniziato a truccarmi solo perché adoro stare a casa con la pelle pulita. 
Uso regolarmente il fondotinta liquido da un anno. Non ho grandi problemi di pelle, ma mi piace l'idea di avere una pelle perfetta. Alcuni mesi fa ho notato di avere alcune rughe minuscole sulla fronte e credo che sia per via del fondotinta.
Mi sono accorta di averlo usato anche quando non ne avevo bisogno, quindi ho passato le ultime tre settimane senza indossarlo.
Sono davvero colpita, la mia pelle è molto più luminosa, pulita, bella del solito e quelle rughette sono meno visibili.
Usate il fondotinta? Lo indossate tutti i giorni? Quali sono gli effetti sulla vostra pelle?

I'm 20!

Yesterday was my birthday. When I was a little girl I thought I would have been grown up at twenty, but now I feel like I have so many things to learn. Twenty years have gone so fast, and I'm happy to say I spent them with the right people. 
It was a lovely day. I had lunch with my family, I hung out in the afternoon, and I had dinner with friends. My special thanks goes to Lara, the adorable girl dressed in blue who organized our birthday celebration.

Ieri è stato il mio compleanno. Quando ero una bambina pensavo che sarei stata adulta a vent'anni, ma adesso mi sento come se avessi tante cose da imparare. Vent'anni sono volati e sono felice di dire di averli passati con le persone giuste.
E' stata una bella giornata. Ho pranzato con la mia famiglia, di pomeriggio sono uscita e ho cenato con gli amici. Un speciale ringraziamento va a Lara, l'adorabile ragazza vestita di blu che ha organizzato il festeggiamento del nostro compleanno.

Dopo il conseguimento del diploma nel 2011, decido di esplorare anche gli aspetti più "teorici" della moda prima di orientarmi definitivamente verso una professione del settore. Infatti, mi iscrivo al corso di Culture e tecniche della moda presso il polo didattico di Rimini dell'Università di Bologna di cui sto frequentando il secondo anno.
Trovo questa università molto affascinante e stimolante, quindi decido di aprire questo blog in cui condividere con i lettori quello che sto imparando e quello che rappresenta per me la moda.

A great mascara for contact lenses wearers

Initially I was searching for the perfect volumizing mascara, when I thought I had to find one which suited me as a contact lenses wearer. It shouldn't had fallen out, it shouldn't had sticked my lashes together, it shouldn't had made my eyes burn, it should had been volumizing, and not that lengthening because I have long lashes. I watched loads of reviews on YouTube, especially those about the famous "The Falsies" by Maybelline, but I heard many positive comments on "The Colossal" too.

Inizialmente stavo cercando il mascara volumizzante perfetto, quando ho pensato che avrei dovuto trovare quello che mi sarebbe andato bene come indossatrice di lenti a contatto. Non avrebbe dovuto colare, non avrebbe dovuto appiccicarmi le ciglia insieme, non avrebbe dovuto farmi bruciare gli occhi e avrebbe dovuto essere volumizzante e non tanto allungante visto che ho le ciglia lunghe. Ho guardato tantissime recensioni su YouTube, soprattutto quelle sul famoso "Ciglia Finte" di Maybelline, ma ho anche sentito molti commenti positivi sul "The Colossal".

On the back of the packaging I read it was suitable for contact lenses so I bought it. It's true, although I was searching for a volumizing mascara and this is not the best one I've ever tried (if you curl your lashes before applying it, it's perfect though).
When we apply mascara we often happen to have it also on the upper rim of the eye. When The Colossal's wand reaches it, it doesn't burn at all. We could cry for hours, it wouldn't burn. It doesn't fall out, it doesn't stick my lashes together, it volumizes but - as I've already said, if you don't curl your lashes - it's not as great as it claims to be, it lengthens, and it's really black. It's a really good mascara.

Sul retro della confezione ho letto che era adatto a chi indossa le lenti a contatto quindi l'ho comprato. E' vero, nonostante stessi cercando un mascara volumizzante e questo non è il migliore che io abbia provato (se curvate le ciglia prima di applicarlo, è perfetto però).
Quando applichiamo il mascara spesso ci capita di averlo anche nella rima superiore dell'occhio. Quando lo scovolino del The Colossal la raggiunge, non brucia per niente. Potremmo piangere per ore, non brucerebbe. Non cola, non mi appiccica le ciglia insieme, volumizza ma, come ho già detto, se non curvate le ciglia, non è fantastico come dichiara di essere, allunga ed è molto nero. E' davvero un buon mascara.

1 - Peplum tops are big this season, and they are perfect if they are not so voluminous on the hip area and if your tummy is not so flat. 
2 - The printed blouse accentuates your waistline, its V- neckline elongates the neck, and it's a great choice if your breast is small. 
3 - The blue dress has a fitted bodice, and a soft skirt to cover the hips. The waistline is located a little bit higher than the natural one, so it also elongates the legs.
4 - 5 This purple skirt is the best thing if your hips are not that large, while the black skirt is a better choice if you have larger hips, because you can match it with a loose blouse  to cover them without adding volume. Remember: if you wear something flowy on top, make sure that what you wear on bottom is tighter. 
6 - This dress is also suited for those girl who have broad shoulders due to its cap sleeves, and, again, it's fitted on top and has a flared skirt.

2. Accentuate il punto vita! E' sempre un bene stringere la vita per conferire al nostro corpo una figura a clessidra, ma questa volta è fondamentale.
1 - I top peplum sono molto di moda in questa stagione e sono perfetti se non sono troppo voluminosi nella zona dei fianchi e se la vostra pancia non è proprio piatta.
2 - La camicia stampata accentua il punto vita, la sua scollatura a V allunga il collo ed è un'ottima scelta se avete il seno piccolo.
3 - L'abito blu ha un corpino attillato e una gonna morbida per coprire i fianchi. Il punto vita è posizionato un po' più in alto rispetto a quello naturale, quindi allunga le gambe.
4-5 Questa gonna viola è la cosa migliore se i vostri fianchi non sono così larghi, mentre la gonna nera è una scelta migliore se avete i fianchi più larghi, perché potete potete abbinarla ad una camicetta larga per coprirli senza aggiungere volume. Ricordate: se indossate qualcosa di svolazzante sopra, accertatevi che quello che indossate sotto sia più stretto.
6 - Questo abito va bene anche per quelle ragazze che hanno le spalle larghe grazie alle maniche ad aletta e, ancora, è aderente sopra e ha la gonna svasata.
7 - Se avete i fianchi larghi, indossate un paio di jeans simili. Sono a vita alta e avvolgono perfettamente i vostri fianchi senza farli sembrare più larghi.

Sexy And Comfortable - Red Lipstick

Is there anything more seductive than red lips? I don't think so. Red lipstick is as beautiful as tricky. It's really eye-catching and you may feel a little bit uncomfortable, it's not easy to apply, it's not easy to remove, and it's not easy to match with you eye and face makeup.
Let's see how to make it both sexy and wearable.
1. Find out which shade suits your skin undertone best, is your skin undertone pink, yellow or neutral? This is what I did to discover mine. Pick two lipsticks, a red one and, a fuschia one. If the red one suits you, probably your skin has a yellow undertone. 4. There are loads of different textures out there, lipsticks in general can be sheer, very pigmented, glossy, mat, shimmer, and so on. Find out the best one for you. If your lips are really dry like mine, make sure they are well-moisturized before applying mat lipsticks.
5. Don't forget to apply bronzer and blush, if you are fair-skinned red lipstick can make you look washed out, so don't forget to warm up your face with bronzer and blush, and don't wear fuschia blush, opt for pink one.
6. The eye makeup should be as simple as possible, some women look amazing with just a couple of coats of mascara and red lips, if you don't, don't put too much makeup on your eyes. I would suggest to wear a subtle brown smoky eye or a line of eyeliner.

C'è qualcosa di più seducente delle labbra rosse? Non credo. Il rossetto rosso è tanto bello quanto difficile. Attira molto l'attenzione e vi potreste sentire un po' a disagio, non è facile da applicare, non è facile da togliere e non è facile abbinarlo con il trucco degli occhi e del viso.
Vediamo come renderlo sia sexy sia portabile.
1. Scoprite quale colore si addice di più al vostro sottotono di pelle, il sottotono della tua pelle è rosa, giallo o neutro?
Ecco come ho fatto a scoprire il mio. Prendete due rossetti, uno rosso e uno fucsia. Se quello rosso vi sta bene, probabilmente la vostra pelle ha un sottotono giallo. In questo caso le tinte calde vi staranno meglio. Se quello fucsia vi sta bene, probabilmente la vostra pelle avete un sottotono rosa come il mio. In questo caso le tinte fredde vi staranno meglio. Scegliete rossetti con un tocco di fucsia come quelli borgogna. Se entrambi vi stanno bene, probabilmente il vostro sottotono di pelle è neutro. Siete fortunatissime, potete indossare qualsiasi rossetto vogliate!
2. Avete comprato il colore sbagliato? Non c'è problema! Applicate il vostro rossetto come una tinta. Usate un dito pulito per sfumare.
3. Pensate che il rossetto rosso sia troppo pesante su di voi? Provate un lucidalabbra rosso! Questo è utile anche se non avete ancora trovato la tinta giusta. Il lucidalabbra rosso vi permette di indossare qualcosa di rosso sulle labbra senza sentirvi dei pagliacci, è più facile da applicare e da togliere e potete provare diverse texture prima di passare al rossetto.
4. Ci sono tantissime texture diverse, i rossetti in generale possono essere traslucidi, molto pigmentati, lucidi, mat, shimmer e così via. Scoprite qual è il migliore per voi. Se le vostre labbra sono molto secche come le mie, accertatevi che siano ben idratate prima di applicare rossetti mat.  
5. Non dimenticatevi di applicare terra e blush, se avete la pelle chiara il rossetto rosso vi può far sembrare pallide, quindi non dimenticate di scaldare il viso con terra e blush e non indossate il blush fucsia, optate per uno rosa.
6. Il trucco occhi dovrebbe essere il più semplice possibile, alcune donne sono favolose solo con un paio di passate di mascara e labbra rosse, se voi no, non fate truccatevi gli occhi pesantemente. Suggerirei di indossare uno smoky eye marrone, leggero o una linea di eyeliner.

Anti-erection shoes

Lately I've been finding this picture on Facebook many times. It basically says: "Almost 52% of men is forced to assume medicines to solve erectile dysfunction problems. It's also your fault, woman. DON'T WEAR IT! 2013 campaign for flats elimination ERECTION: A MAN'S RIGHT".
I thought it was just a picture, but later I found an article on "La Gazzetta dello Sport", a famous Italian sports newspaper. In this article a man tells us he heard a conversation between three girls complaining about their boyfriends because they didn't feel like having sex with them. He looked at them and he saw they were wearing awful clothes for their body type and of course a pair of flats. He wondered why they picked those clothes when they could find fancy ones in Milan and he agreed with the picture.
First, I find this article useless, because he tells what not to wear, but he doesn't tell what to wear. He exposed the "problem", but he didn't find a solution.
Second, I would really love to see how this man dresses. Let's shrink it down to one category. Most of the boys of my age are sloppy, but they love criticize other people, especially women. Most of them hate flats because they're not sexy. Do they think what they wear is sexy? They wear trainers like there's no tomorrrow!
Maybe they don't know which shoes they should wear as the women who wear flats only. We can wear a bunch of different shoes instead of wearing flats, and boys can do the same. Here are some ideas.

Ultimamente ho trovato questa immagine su Facebook molte volte. Pensavo che fosse solo un'immagine, ma dopo ho trovato un articolo su "La Gazzetta dello Sport". In questo articolo un uomo ci dice di aver sentito una conversazione tra tre ragazze che si lamentavano dei propri ragazzi perché non avevano voglia di fare sesso con loro. Le ha guardate e ha visto che indossavano degli abiti pessimi per il loro fisico e ovviamente le ballerine. Si chiedeva perché avessero scelto quei vestiti quando potrebbero trovarne di bellissimi a Milano ed era d'accordo con l'immagine.
Primo, trovo questo articolo inutile, perché lui dice cosa non indossare, ma non dice cosa indossare. Ha esposto il "problema", ma non ha trovato una soluzione.
Secondo, vorrei davvero vedere come si veste. Restringiamo il campo ad una categoria. La maggior parte dei ragazzi della mia età sono trasandati, ma adorano criticare le altre persone, soprattutto le donne. La maggior parte di loro odia le ballerine perché non sono sexy. Credono che quello che indossano lo sia? Indossano scarpe da ginnastica come se non ci fosse un domani!
Forse non sanno che scarpe indossare come le donne che indossano solo ballerine. Possiamo indossare tantissime scarpe diverse invece di mettere le ballerine e i ragazzi possono fare lo stesso. Ecco alcune idee.

Don't let your weight stress you out

I heard many people saying "I'm on a diet and the doctor said I have to weigh myself every week". They get so stressed, but in these case weigh have to be controlled.

I'm not a doctor, and I won't tell you what to do, but if you want to stay healthy so you don't need to be on a strict diet, I tell you my story.
When I was younger, I was obsessed with my weight even though I was underweight. I used to weigh myself too often, and every time I gained a pound I felt horrible. Then one day I was reading Grazia Italy when I found an interesting article, and the way I used to see my body changed. It was about how - most- French women keep themselves in shape. I read that they eat every course including desserts, but they skip bread and things like this. One phrase captured my attention more than the others. They rarely weigh themselves, but they use a pair of jeans to find out if they gained weight or not. At the beginning I found it stupid, because most jeans are stretch and, I would measure myself with a non-stretchy garment, but I figured out that this method and weigh myself less often in general makes me feel better. Being healthy is much more.

Ho sentito molta gente dire "Sono a dieta e il dottore dice che devo pesarmi ogni settimana".
Si stressano parecchio, ma in questi casi il peso deve essere controllato.

Non sono un dottore e non vi dirò cosa fare, ma se volete essere sani quindi non avete bisogno di seguire una dieta stretta, vi racconto la mia storia.
Quando ero più piccola, ero ossessionata dal mio peso benché fossi sottopeso. Mi pesavo troppo spesso e ogni volta che prendevo un chilo mi sentivo malissimo. Poi un giorno stavo leggendo Grazia Italia quando trovai un articolo interessante e il modo di vedere il mio corpo cambiò. Era su come (la maggior parte delle) donne francesi si tengono in forma e una frase catturò la mia attenzione. Lessi che mangiano tutte le portate incluso il dolce, ma saltando il pane e cose simili. Una frase catturò la mia attenzione più delle altre. Si pesano raramente, ma usano un paio di jeans per scoprire se sono ingrassate o meno. All'inizio lo trovai stupido perché la maggior parte dei jeans sono elasticizzati e mi misurerei con un capo non elasticizzato, ma ho scoperto che questo metodo e pesarmi meno frequentemente in generale mi fa stare meglio. Essere sani è molto di più.

Feeling beautiful is not only about buying a lipstick that fits our skin undertone or gathering our hair in a stunning updo. Things like these can help, but there’s more. Here are some tips to help you feel more beautiful.

1. Pamper yourself, every day try to take at least a few minutes to do what you like and what makes you feel better and beautiful. I love reading books, and preparing home made face masks.  

2. Love your body, take care of it. Eating clean, smoking and drinking as less as possibile if you do, and working out will not only allow you to stay – or get – fit, but your life will be healthier and you will feel better of yourself.

3. Take care of your skin, a good skin care routine helps prevent blemishes, breakouts, spots, wrinkles, and your face makeup will be flawless. Cleanse and moisturize your skin everyday in the morning and the evening. 

4. Being more beautiful means enhancing what we have, for example by buying the right clothes for your body shape - I'll keep writing posts like this -, by wearing the right makeup for your face shape and features, by choosing a haircut that compliments your face*. 

5. Being truly beautiful doesn’t mean being it only on the outside, be nice to people, hating on them will make you appear and feel worse. Be positive, it can be hard, but it's good for you and for who you have around. Focus on what you have and think that after all your life is beautiful and you are not that unlucky. 

6. Be happy and smile! Smiling always make you look more beautiful, except if your teeth are like these.

Sentirsi belle non significa solo comprare un rossetto che stia bene sul nostro incarnato o raccogliere i capelli in un'acconciatura fantastica. Cose come queste possono essere d'aiuto, ma c'è di più. Ecco alcune dritte per  aiutarvi a sentirvi più belle.

1. Coccolatevi, ogni giorno cercate di prendervi almeno pochi minuti per fare quello che vi piace e quello che vi fa sentire meglio e più belle. Io adoro leggere libri e preparare maschere facciali fatte in casa.

2. Amate il vostro corpo, prendetevene cura. Mangiare sano, fumare e bere il meno possibile se lo fate e fare attività fisica non solo vi permetterà di rimanere (o mettervi) in forma, ma la vostra vita sarà più sana e vi sentirete meglio con voi stesse.

3. Prendetevi cura della vostra pelle, una buona routine della cura della pelle aiuta a prevenire rossori, sfoghi, macchie, rughe e il vostro trucco viso sarà perfetto. Detergete e idratate la pelle tutti giorni mattina e sera.

4. Essere più belle significa esaltare quello che abbiamo, per esempio comprando gli abiti giusti per il proprio fisico (scriverò più post come questo), indossando il trucco giusto per la forma del proprio viso e dei propri lineamenti, scegliendo un taglio di capelli che stia bene sul vostro viso*.

5. Essere veramente belle non significa esserlo solo fuori, siate carine con le persone: odiarle vi farà sembrare e sentire peggio. Siate positive: può essere difficile, ma fa bene a voi e a chi avete intorno. Concentratevi su quello che avete e pensate che dopotutto la vostra vita è bella e non siete poi così sfortunate.

6. Siate felici e sorridete! Sorridere vi fa sempre sembrare più belle, a meno che i vostri non siano così.

The importance of the beard

"I look like a baby without beard" is the phrase I hear the most when boys talk about their beard.
Although their girlfriends often complain about those bristly and itchy faces, they don't have to shave their face completely at all costs. They have to find the right balance.
The main problem is that most of the men don't spend enough time taking care of their beard probably because they don't understand how important it is*.
It's true, some of them don't need to do it, but they are rare. I know only two guys who can do whatever they want with their beard and look fabulous in any case. Most of the times Mother Nature blessed guys like them with a pretty and oval face, so they don't need to balance out their facial features with it.
Having a nice and well-groomed beard is important. It frames the lower part of the face, it can change the way your face looks, it tells a lot about you, and it can do wonders if you find out the right style for your face shape.
In the next blog posts I'll talk about the right styles of beard for every face shape, hope it helps.

"Sembro un bambino senza barba" è la frase che sento più spesso quando i ragazzi parlano della propria barba. Nonostante le loro ragazze si lamentino spesso di quei visi ispidi e pruriginosi, non devono radersi completamente il viso per forza. Devono trovare il giusto equilibrio.
Il problema principale è che la maggior parte degli uomini non passa abbastanza tempo a prendersi cura della propria barba probabilmente perché non capisce quanto sia importante*.
E' vero, alcuni di loro non ne hanno bisogno, ma sono rari. Conosco solo due ragazzi che possono fare qualsiasi cosa vogliano con la propria barba ed essere bellissimi in ogni modo. La maggior parte delle volte Madre Natura dona a ragazzi come loro un bel visino ovale, quindi non hanno bisogno di bilanciare i propri lineamenti facciali con quella.
Avere una bella barba curata è importante. Incornicia la parte inferiore del viso, può cambiarti la faccia, la dice lunga su di te e può fare miracoli se riesci a trovare lo stile giusto per la forma del tuo viso.
Nei prossimi post parlerò dei tipi di barba adatti ad ogni forma del viso, spero sia utile.

Pop art print. Groundbreaking.

As you may have read here, I decided to launch another new label called "Groundbreaking". Many people feel so innovative when wearing new fashionable clothes, probably because they don't know the story behind them. "Everything becomes fashionable again", right?
A few days ago I was surfing a fashion blogger's Facebook fan page. She posted a picture of herself wearing a pop art print dress and she had the "Oh! I feel so original in this dress!" kind of face.

Come avrete letto qui, ho deciso di lanciare un'altra nuova etichetta chiamata "Groundbreaking". Molte persone si sentono così innovative quando indossano dei vestiti nuovi e alla moda, probabilmente perché non ne conoscono la storia. "Tutto torna di moda", vero?
Qualche giorno fa ero sulla pagina fan di Facebook di una fashion blogger. Ha postato una foto in cui indossa un abito con stampa pop e aveva la faccia da "Oh! Mi sento così originale con questo vestito!".

Ciaté Sequin Manicure

Ciaté will launch soon a new nail kit called "Sequin Manicure". If you live in America, you should be able to find it at Sephora in October. If you live in Italy, you'll have to wait a little longer. This new kit works just like the Caviar and Velvet Manicure, you can find a video on how to use it here. It will be available in three different colours. Here they are.

The first one is Harlequin, which is multi-colored, the one in the middle is Tutu and it's pink,red, and champagne, the last one is called Super Duper and it's black, holographic silver  and gold.

Maybe this is the most wearable Ciaté's kit and probably when you apply sequins to your nails they won't come off like the Caviar Manicure beads. Having a sequin jar is much better than buying one of those glittery nail polishes that appear amazing in the bottle and mediocre on nails due to the lack of glitters.
The set will cost $ 15 and I bet that many girls will wear this manicure on New Year's Eve.

Ciaté lancerà presto un nuovo kit per unghie chiamato "Sequin Manicure". Se vivete in America, dovreste riuscire a trovarlo da Sephora ad ottobre. Se vivete in Italia, dovete aspettare un po' di più. Questo nuovo kit funziona proprio come la Caviar e la Velvet Manicure, potete trovare un video su come usarlo qui. Sarà disponibile in tre diverse colorazioni. Eccole.

Forse questo è il set Ciaté più portabile e probabilmente quando applicate le paillettes sulle unghie non andranno via come le perline della Caviar Manicure. Avere un barattolino di paillettes è molto meglio di comprare uno di quegli smalti glitterati che sembrano bellissimi nella bottiglietta e mediocri sulle unghie per la scarsità di glitter.

Il set costerà $ 15 e scommetto che molte ragazze la indosseranno per Capodanno.

The collection will be officially out in Italy on October 4th and I realized I haven't written anything about it yet.

I'm sure most of you have already watched her video and seen some pieces featured in the collection, but let's talk about it. I heard so many negative comments about this collaboration and yes, I agree with people who say "She's too Photoshopped" and with who say this hat reminds of King Julian, but some of them have never heard about her until now and obviously didn't know her style.

My mum is one year older, she is beautiful, and she knows how to dress for her age. Anna loves being extravagant.

I think this is one of the best H&M collections so far because it describes her style. It's exaggerated, eye-catching, colourful, golden and glittery.

I like emerald green earrings, but I don't think I would wear them and I won't buy anything, the collection it's not in my style. Which pieces do you like? Will you buy it/them?

La collezione arriverà ufficialmente in Italia il 4 ottobre e mi sono resa conto di non aver scritto ancora niente a riguardo.

Sono sicura che la maggior parte di voi abbia già guardato il suo video e visto alcuni pezzi della collezione, ma parliamone. Ho sentito tantissimi commenti negativi su questa collaborazione e sì, sono d'accordo con le persone che dicono "E' troppo photoshoppata" e con chi dice che questo cappello ricorda Re Julian, ma alcuni di loro non avevano mai sentito parlare di lei finora e ovviamente non conoscevano il suo stile.

Mia madre ha un anno di più, è bellissima e sa come vestirsi per la sua età. Anna adora essere stravagante.

Credo che questa sia una delle migliori collezioni di H&M finora perché descrive il suo stile. E' esagerata, vistosa, colorata, dorata e luccicante.

Mi piacciono gli orecchini verde smeraldo, ma non penso che li indosserei e non comprerò nulla, la collezione non è nel mio stile. Quali pezzi vi piacciono? Lo/i comprerete?

People often ask me "Is there something you like in this world?". Yeah, there is, but talking about what I hate is funnier. Anyway, I decided to create a new label called "Giulia Loves" to write about things I love. This is one of the loveliest perfume commercials I've ever seen. A few years ago I saw the making of this commercial (watch an amazing making of here) and I instantly thought it would have been beautiful.

I love Natalie Portman, I love her as an actress and because she is beautiful, and tiny. She is naive, romantic and flirty at the same time.

I fell in love with the contrast between her little black dress and the muted hues of the decor. Those white and pale pink roses give light to the room and add a delicate feel to the entire commercial. I can't say much about Sofia Coppola because I've watched just one movie of hers so far, but a few scenes remind me of it, I'm talking about "The Virgin Suicides".

Yesterday I saw this thirty-one seconds of perfection after a long time and I can't stop watching it.

Spesso la gente mi chiede "C'è qualcosa che ti piace in questo mondo?". Sì, c'è, ma parlare di quello che detesto è più divertente. Comunque, ho deciso di creare una nuova etichetta chiamata "Giulia Loves" per scrivere di quello che adoro. Questa è una delle pubblicità di profumi più adorabile che io abbia mai visto. Qualche anno fa ho visto il making of di questa pubblicità (guardate un making of stupendo qui) e ho pensato subito che sarebbe stata bellissima.

Adoro Natalie Portman, la adoro come attrice e perché è una bellissima e minuscola. E' ingenua, romantica e provocante allo stesso tempo.

Mi sono innamorata del contrasto tra il suo abitino nero e i colori tenui dell'arredamento.

Quelle rose bianche e rosa pallido donano luce alla stanza e aggiungono un tocco delicato all'intera pubblicità. Non posso dire molto su Sofia Coppola perché ho guardato uno solo dei suoi film finora, ma alcune scene me lo ricordano, sto parlando de "Il giardino delle vergini suicide".

Ieri ho visto questi trentuno secondi di perfezione dopo tanto tempo e non riesco a smettere di guardarla.

The Clutch Dilemma

Clutch PROS it's lovely, classy, and way more elegant than other bags.
Clutch CONS you can't pour your belongings in it and you're done.

"Should I wear it or not?". This is the clutch dilemma.

Here are two models. The first one comes in different sizes, but it's flat. The last one is tiny.
Let's see how to place your belongings inside one of these beauties.

Flat clutches
Lay your bag on a flat surface and pretend every item you put in it is a jigsaw puzzle piece. Every piece need to match.
Make sure bigger ones are placed at the bottom of the bag so they don't move and don't create bumps.
Bear in mind you don't want to deform your bag so avoid anything bulky. I would suggest to opt for a little wallet and to carry just a few tissues instead of a whole packet.

Tiny clutches
Fortunately they are tiny, but not flat. Most of the time they are stiff, so we rarely have to worry about not to deform our bag. If avoid to put bulky items in it, you will be surprised to see how many things your clutch can fit. 
Before putting your belongings in it, look at them and ask yourself what you use the most and put it on the top, so you can easily find what you need without turn the "hierarchy" upside down.

"Dovrei indossarla o meno?". Questo è il dilemma delle clutch.
Eccone due modelli. La prima è disponibile in misure diverse, ma è piatta. L'ultima è minuscola.
Vediamo come disporre i vostri effetti personali dentro queste bellezze.

Clutch piatte
Posate la vostra borsa su una superficie piatta e fingete che ogni oggetto che ci mettete dentro sia la tessera di un puzzle. Ogni pezzo deve combaciare.
Accertatevi che quelli più grandi siano disposti sul fondo della borsa affinché non si spostino e non creino protuberanze.
Tenete in mente che non volete deformare la vostra borsa quindi evitate tutto quello che crea volume. Suggerirei di optare per un piccolo portafogli e di portare solo qualche fazzoletto invece di un pacchetto intero.

Clutch minuscole
Fortunatamente sono piccolissime, ma non piatte. Il più delle volte sono rigide, quindi ci dobbiamo preoccupare raramente di non deformare la nostra borsa. Se evitate di metterci oggetti ingombranti, rimarrete sorpresi nel vedere quante cose possano entrare nella vostra clutch.
Prima di inserirci i vostri effetti personali, guardateli e chiedetevi cosa usate di più e mettetelo in alto, così potete trovare facilmente quello che vi serve senza stravolgere la "gerarchia".
